The membership is a nationwide programme that is only valid for purchases made in PADINI Concept Stores& Standalone store (Padini stores) and online websites at www.padini.com (our websites) & Mobile Application (mobile apps) in Malaysia.

1. Applications are open to all customers aged 18 years and above. In order to participate in our Padini Membership Loyalty Program, individuals must have a valid NRIC or passport, and a valid email address and contact number.
2. Please be aware that your membership is confidential, non-transferable, and governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as any other PADINI rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that you have agreed to while participating in offers, prizes, making purchases, and using any other kinds of services.;
3. A member can only apply for ONE MEMBERSHIP at one time.

It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your personal details up to date. Please SAFEGUARD your password at all times

Padini reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Padini Membership Loyalty Programme Term and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing PADINI Membership Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

• The tier cycle is 12 months, beginning January 1st and ending December 31st. Your membership tier level is determined by your spending. There are a total of six levels of the tiers, which you will be automatically allocated depending on your total spending within the tier cycle.

• If you are a new member, your membership tier will automatically start with Tier One.

• If you meet the minimum spending requirement for the 2nd tier during a tier cycle, you will automatically be upgraded to the second membership tier. Or, if you would like to upgrade and be eligible for the next level of member benefits, you must reach that minimum spending requirement for the next tier level during the tier cycle.

• If you have reached tier level 2 in 2023 but you do not meet the spending requirement during the tier cycle, your tier will automatically be downgraded to level 1 in 2024.

• Padini reserves the right to adjust the point’s tiers or requirements without prior notice.

REWARD POINTS

• You can earn points by spending at our outlets, our websites and our mobile apps.

• The higher the membership tier, the higher percentage of reward points that can be earned.

• You must present your personal QR code when you wish to collect points at our outlets.

• Points do not have cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

• Points are not to be transferred, gifted or sold to another person or member.

• Plastic bags and shipping fees are not entitled to the accumulated point.

• You can check your point balance in our mobile apps

• All points earned will expire at the end of the 6th month. For example, you earned 50 points on the 1st of February 2023, and these 50 points will be expired the on 31st st August 2023.

• Padini reserve the right to change, modify (including how points will be earned and redeemed and what rewards will be available), terminate, discontinue or cancel the program at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes, modifications or termination of any part of the program or its terms will be effective upon publications of those changes on the Site

VOUCHERS

• Rebate Vouchers can be converted based on accumulated points through the mobile app and online website www.padini.com only. The converted voucher can be used on our Padini Stores, our website and our mobile app. Our lowest converted voucher value is RM1 [eg. 105 points -> (by converting point) 3 point to RM3 voucher, balance 102 points can be converted in future].

• Rebates Vouchers are able to be used by selecting in the checkout area or by manually key in the discount code “XX- XXXXX” in our Padini.com online store website or mobile app

• Rebate Vouchers can be scanned by using QR codes in our Padini Stores.

• Any voucher converted are valid up to the stipulated expiry date and only can be used in PADINI stores, our online website www.padini.com & mobile app in Malaysia. No extension of the expiry date shall be given.

• Please review the voucher details for terms & conditions before proceeding to redeem.

• Rebate Vouchers are not refundable and non-transferable to another person or member. Once voucher has been converted, it can't be reversed to the point again.

• You will receive the Birthday Discount Voucher on the first week of your birthday month.

• Birthday Discount Voucher is valid for one-time use in-store or online and can only be used for one transaction.

• The Birthday Discount Voucher is non-refundable and NOT convertible to cash.

• Make sure that you have completed your profile details before using this voucher.

• Pin number is to verify before generating the voucher.

• PADINI reserves the right to amend the term and conditions from time to time at its discretion without notice
